‘Dragonfly‘

Nestled in a Suffolk pond rests my dragonfly sculpture. Made primarily from 6mm mild steel rod, she perches gracefully atop a galvanised steel pipe which is anchored in a 200kg concrete block, firmly set within the pond’s silt. Once assembled, the dragonfly was finished with a luminescent purple paint that changes to blue with the weather.
